I visited this place for lunch and really enjoyed the experience. You get to pick your own ingredients, which are then weighed and priced, and after that, you choose the base for your hotpot. The food was delicious and properly cooked. The service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It's a great option if you're looking for an individual hotpot.

Food is always delicious and there’s lots of choice. Can pay using card or WeChat. The service is always very polite as I’m a foreigner (laowai) and they help with options too. The restaurant plays Chinese music which creates a really good atmosphere. It can get busy but everyone is very friendly. If you like spice this is definitely the place for you. The rice is good and for just £2 you can have unlimited refills.

A fantastic Chinese-style individual hot pot with three types of soup bases to choose from. You can customize the ingredients to your liking. For those who want a bit of spice but can’t handle too much heat, try the mushroom flavor with a little spice —it tastes amazing!

Quick prompt service. Price ia is reasonable. We had the dry extra spicy hotpot for 2 ppl with unlimited rice and drinks. Came up to 30 quid for the pair of us. Perfect level of spice. Will defo return!

The pot is delicious and I can choose whatever I like in the restaurant. I love the food I had. There are different spicy levels you can choose, for me it is not too spicy. highly recommended.

Lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Well priced and food always arrives quickly and hot. Fresh ingredients to pick from. Visited many times, definitely recommend the special beef tripe with tomato base:)

Hygienic, fresh, but very very hot and spicy. Three heat level options given (mild, medium and hot), but even the mild option is really spicy (I am Indian, and I still find it spicy). But I love it!! Just a suggestion: Add additional 3 options of spice heat levels for European crowd, lower than what you currently call "mild" heat

No problem, sir. We have two other soup bases that are almost not spicy at all: Tom Yum Tomato and Mushroom Soup. If you still want to try the spicy flavor but can’t handle much spice, you can request a level even milder than “mild.” Our staff can also customize the taste to your preference.
I have had great experiences every time I’ve come in, friendly staff and great food. Very authentic, very student friendly me and friends love coming here. Definitely recommend.
